Step One
Before starting this step, you should have prepared your nails for application (pushing back cuticles, trimming excess cuticles and filing nails).
Make sure to wipe your nails with nail polish remover to remove excess moisture. Ensure your nails are completely dry.
Select the right size of gel strips, peel off the clear protective film.
Step Two
Place the strip close to the edge of your cuticle (not on it!) — make sure it’s not touching as this will make the strips lift sooner than you’d like!
Press down onto your nail firmly, removing any air bubbles, use the wooden stick provided to smooth along the edges of the strip to ensure they are stuck down onto your nail.
Repeat for every nail.
Step Three
Trim the excess of the gel strip with scissors, make sure to trim as long as your natural nail — these strips will not be as effective if used as an extension of your nail.
File edges to smooth the tip before curing.
Step Four
Using the Gelly lamp, cure your nails for 120 seconds, or until fully hardened.
You can cure up to 3 times if needed.
Step Five
File any excess once more for the ultimate smooth Gelly finish!
